II. General information on data processing
1. Scope of the processed personal data
We only process those personal data of our users which are necessary to provide a functioning website as well as our content and services. We only process personal data for the purposes agreed with you or based on some other legitimate legal basis (as laid down in the GDPR). We only collect those personal data which are necessary for the performance and completion of our tasks and services or which you have given to us voluntarily.
2. Your rights (data subject rights)
You have the right to have access to your data we process. In particular, you may request information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, the planned duration of storage, the existence of a right of rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or right to object, data portability (provided that in the case of data portability, it would not involve a disproportionate effort), the source of your data, if not collected by us, as well as the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling.

III. Description and scope of data processing
1. Making our website available
Each time you access our website, our web server automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the accessing computer in so-called server log files. The data and information collected include:
- Type and version of the browser
- The operating system used
- The referrer URL
- The IP address/hostname of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
These data are anonymised; we cannot identify a specific person. This information is evaluated for website traffic statistics and stored long term.
2. Google Analytics
Google can process and evaluate the information they contain about how users use the website and the Internet. Google may transmit the data it collects to countries outside the EU and the EEA, in particular, the USA. However, Google has certified that it adheres to the Privacy Shield Frameworks. Our website also uses ‘Google Signals’. In the context of this feature, Google uses so-called ‘cross-device tracking’. In doing so, it is possible to track the website visits of a single user across multiple devices, provided that user has logged into a Google service for each session while the option ‘personalised advertising’ is activated in their Google Account settings. Thus, we have no access to personal data or user profiles. If you do not consent to the use of ‘Signals’, you can disable ‘personalised advertising’ in your Google Account settings.
Additionally, we make sure that your IP address is anonymised before being transmitted to Google.

3. Google Maps
Our website uses Google Maps, a web mapping service developed by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, 94043, USA. 4. The use of YouTube
We use the feature of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA, (from now on: ‘YouTube’) to embed YouTube videos on our website. YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA, 94043, USA (from now on: ‘Google’). The feature uses an IFrame player API to display YouTube videos on the website. The option ‘extended privacy mode’ is enabled. Therefore, YouTube does not store any information about visitors to the website. YouTube will only receive and store information once you watch a video.
We use Adobe Fonts (formerly Typekit) to display fonts on our website. Adobe Fonts is a service that offers access to a library of fonts provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated, 345 Park Avenue, San Jose, CA 95110-2704, USA (from now on: ‘Adobe’). When you access a page, your browser loads the required web fonts into your browser cache to display texts and fonts accurately. The Adobe Fonts service is provided without setting or using cookies to serve the fonts. To provide the Adobe Fonts service, Adobe may collect information about the font used to identify the website itself and the associated Adobe Fonts account.

The cookies do not expire until your browser deletes them.
7. Contact form and contact via e-mail
We only store your details when you submit a contact form or send us an e-mail or another kind of electronic message for processing the request and possible follow-up questions, and it will solely be used for your enquiry.
The legal basis for the processing of your enquiry is to be found in Section 6(1), sentence 1, point (b) of the GDPR.
We will delete your e-mail address once we have processed your enquiry.
IV. Data security
1. SSL encryption
We employ the commonly used TLS protocol in conjunction with the highest encryption level supported by your browser during your visit to the website. The padlock or lock icon in the address bar of your browser indicates whether a single page of our website is encrypted.
Furthermore, we have taken appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your data against accidental or deliberate manipulation, partial or complete loss, destruction or unauthorised third-party access. We continuously improve our security measures in line with technological developments.
