The introduction of our quality “ECO” made from recycled yarn in 2011 was the next logical supplement to existing varieties made from organic cotton certified with the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS). An intentional basic “industrial look” characterises this trend.
Consistent and in line with this philosophy and after several years of development, David Fussenegger introduced two entirely new product lines in 2019, which also rely on recycled yarn:
- The ‘Goliath’ range introduces cool cotton rugs in various designs and sizes.
- The flannel bedding ‘David’ in stylish Jacquard designs is marvellously soft and trendy.
The environment benefits in three ways from cotton recycling: Waste is avoided, resources are being conserved, and the use of harmful chemicals is reduced!
